Problem Solution: InterClean, Inc.
InterClean, Inc. is a company focusing on a new vision of creating an expanded, global market in the cleaning and sanitation industry providing the complete solution to its customers. InterClean recognizes the importance of being an industry leader, and to help accomplish its goal, they have acquired EnviroTech, Inc. The purpose of this paper is to use a problem-solving approach for InterClean strategy for Human Capital Development. By using the 9-step problem- solving model, a problem statement will be developed to solve InterClean’s problem and find an optimal solution to the organizational behavior issues.
