Xyz and Nandos Nd Bla Bla
INTRODUCTION
This is the brief idea regarding the subject of my topic which is Nando’s Restaurant. I am looking forward to the particular field of Marketing and Promotional Activities of various Nando’s Restaurant around Auckland. My investigation carries out in this area of work because I have been working with the brand from past few months and have a brief knowledge about it. The investigation is all about increasing the marketing activities so as to create a buzz about the restaurants . This topic requires a deeper insight by me into the organisational marketing strategies not only in Auckland but also in all parts of the world .

LITERATURE REVIEW
The main highlight of all the problems resides in what suggestions do come out for them. The steps are being taken by the company itself. Nando’s New Zealand has the knowledge regarding the role they need to play for the environment they live in. According to the reports (nandos.co.nz, 2007,2008) there has been 17% increase in the casual audience who like the restaurant and are regular visitors. Their aim is: “To increase footfall, sales and brand favourability amongst an ‘occasional’ Nando’s audience (people who only visit the restaurants once or twice a year) throughout 2013.”(Kean, 2012) .Now the question arises of intense marketing techniques which the restaurants in New Zealand lack as compared to UK.. The main idea is to target the audience that eats out most of the times and convert them from occasional customers to Nando’s followers. Most of Nando 's revenue comes from the customer who visits Nando 's once or twice a year but eats out at least once a month (Kean, 2012). Demographically, these people are 35-54 year old with 1-3 children living in suburban areas in the NZ (Mintel (b), 2012).. Therefore this is brief knowledge regarding the company on what basis are they working and their aim of increasing their target market which according to me can be done through various management techniques.

“The Omnivore’s Dilemma, A Natural History Of Four Meals.” by Michael Pollan is an incredibly information-dense review of our modern day food industry. Pollan promises to use facts, statistics, and personal experience to take the reader on a journey that will ultimately discover a definitive answer to “what should I have for dinner?” This book had an interesting effect on me which I will discuss by first explaining my food industry related knowledge prior to reading the book, what the book has taught me, and finally, go over what I call “The Omnivore's Dilemma’s Dilemma.”…

After perusing the material, I find that Mr. Alexander Barrett has a sticky situation. Unless his company does something outstanding, it is destined for losses in the future. Unfortunately, all his VP’s are off target. Hence, I suggest they form small “Blue Ocean” niches to make themselves more competitive. What makes a company unique are its products. So, I suggest that R&D should look into new vistas of paint technology like developing a thermal paint, which will act like the St. Gobain Glass. It will reflect the sun’s energy up to 75% and prevent heating up of the building. This can lower the A.C. bills considerably (1). Another area of possible development is paints changing colour on application of heat. So every two months, if a consumer wants, he can change the colour of his home, by just pressing a switch (2). These products would give the necessary ammunition to marketing personnel to go and “Paint the town” with new ads. Keeping the existing channels of distribution, the J.B.C. should adopt the concept of direct sales. The company representatives should be trained to make good choices on paints and accessories for the consumer (the “Do it yourself guy”) and supply them directly. They will empowered to give discounts. Since the price is MRP, retailers can’t object. By giving discounts, the company will still be able to make more profits compared to usual channels. This direct approach may require more trained manpower aimed at close knit communities. They should not cut prices. It will be seen as a sign of bad/old batch of products the company is trying to get rid off and will hurt the company’s image. Do not jump into funding any new ad campaign. With no new products on offer, the audience will soon start to mentally block the ads, which will adversely affect the new product when it is launched.…

Newk’s has learned to use this market research to come up with better training programs to provide better service, re-vamp the name and log so the consumer can identify with Newk’s easier, and provide new menu items for the consumer to give the loyal Newk’s guest more choices.…

Market analysis is one of the factors in domestic environment. Market analysis is to understand what challenges will be faced when operating in international or local markets. A company needs to invest a large amount of resources to analyze which products are most likely to be purchase by customers and distinguish themselves from their competitors. In the domestic environment, a firm can often predict customer preferences more easily. Firms must be close to their customers and build up a strong relationship with suppliers (Melanie, 2015). For example, Sushi King has many franchises but they have controlled well to face many competitors. Although Sushi King is the first company to introduce Japanese fast food in Malaysia, they have a vision to expand their outlets and branding regionally. (brand talk, 2007) In order to increase the customer base, Sushi King has come up with a membership drive for its customers. The application for membership is RM20-00 but…
