Opening †Give thanks to customers for continued loyalty. Without their continued support, we would not be able to offer premium electronic data organizational units at a competitive price. We plan to constantly offer such services and strive for product quality and customer satisfaction.
Issue at hand †delay in production of specialty widgets
Purpose of widgets †electronic data organizational units, synchs with personal computers
Reason for delay †during the Research and Development (R & E) phase, our company discovered the widget will need to be redesigned to operate with modern operating systems. Additionally, there have been issues with the durability of the widgets.
Problem - Several issues have been reported about incompatibility of the widgets with the newest line of computers. Data has been organized incorrectly and at times the data has been lost.
Consumers report the breakage of often used button on the device. The buttons on the widget do not always press directly downward, but can shift diagonally. This not only breaks the buttons down quickly allowing them to fail, but consumers have also complained that it causes difficulty in pressing the buttons.

Resolution â€
The R&E team has updated the information in the widget drivers to allow complete compatibility with the newest operating systems on the market. We have also offered a system update on our website for users to update their old widgets for compatibility. This update is at no cost!!!!
The R & E team has solved this issue by installing reinforced backings to each button individually, as well as fastening these buttons to a metal sleeve. This also will keep the buttons from being pressed at a diagonal which has caused them to fail. This resolution should also give more comfort and accuracy to the user while using the widget.
