Performance Appraisal (InterClean)

InterClean is going to create a performance appraisal once a year for employees to identify there job strengths and weaknesses of individuals or work teams. In this company feedback is very important because its how we really motivate our employees threw their rough times. We always want our employees feeling happy and comfortable on the job. The first way we will give feedback is threw communication with employees in which we will always listen to employees input. Individuals or I will always motivate the employees by saying good job or how much they can make by making a sale or going back over the system with them again so they can see how they can succeed. Another way is awarding our employees with something they really value. This way we will keep our employees motivated in which if they are motivated then it’s easy to perform while at the job. After the feedback the opportunities that will provide is motivation for our employees to succeed. It has been proven threw out life if you keep preaching positive to individual in the work place then positive things going to happen in their employment. Other opportunities we want to provide in the future are cash prizes and vacation trips for employees who reach a certain goal in their employment. Our employees will reach a higher level of performance threw our training program. We will keep repeating positive feedback and at least twice a month or threw the month continue to repeat what they have learn in the training program. With our company there are promotions available but we will not help with any education opportunities. With being a sales representative their will be opportunities to move up to manager and control their own team once the business start growing.
