Provide at least three freshwater and three ocean water resource challenges by filling in the following table. Then, respond to the question that follows:

|Freshwater Resource Challenge |Description |
|Too Much Water |Too much water results in flooding which can cause property |
| |loss or damage. Flooding can cause crops to be lost. |
|Too Little Water |Too little water can not support plant life. Farmers have to|
| |use irrigation systems to grow crops in areas with little |
| |precipitation. Irrigation uses the largest part of our water|
| |supply. These areas are more likely to suffer from aquifer |
| |depletion. |
|Poor Quality Water |Poor quality water may be a result of sewage run-off after |
| |having too much precipitation. It may also be the result of |
| |irrigation. Irrigating land may cause salinization. This is |
| |from the salt particles in the water being absorbed into the|
| |soil instead of running off. Over-drawing water can also |
| |cause poor quality....
