Visualizing Enviromental Challenges

After viewing the video, the problem is clearly stated and that is of overfishing resources. Researchers believe that some fish are becoming extinct and example of that is said to be tuna and swordfish. How this cans be a likely guess, giving the ocean is yet to be understood and what is exactly under the seas? Researchers are saying that overfishing may be causing the decline of fish and that they believe that over 40 percent of fishing should be protected. Some people such as the angler who make their earnings and the majority of the lifestyle off fishing disagree. Angler has argued of how you can possibly tell if this is really becoming a problem.
A way that could help the problem that was stated in the video was to shut off part of the ocean to where fishing is not allowed. Researchers say that doing nothing will only result in a dying issue. My only opinion is of this is how are you going to occupy the no fishing areas and making sure that no one and if anyone is going to obey these laws? Sure you can hire some people to maybe sit at different points of the ocean to make sure that no one is coming through, but you would have to have an established company to set this type deal up or are the citizens of around the world going to have to pay taxes for this problem as well like we do for everything else?
I do not really see how these potential “researchers” can actually go out into the ocean and say that we have a problem. No one knows exactly of how the ocean works and what exactly is in the sea. Who ever came up with this so-called problem, I would like to know where they really get their information.
A plan that I think would be acceptable is to maybe have only certain season’s types of breed in fish to only be caught. For example, we in Missouri are limited on how many deer we can shoot and in what season we can shoot in.
