With marginal success, USA World Bank is looking for a product that will be very successful. USA World Bank will need something that is going to create a winning product in the market. In order for USA World Bank to build up their customer loyalty and satisfaction everyone within the organization has to be on the same page. Communication will be essential to the success of the organization. With one product and two different markets, the president can choose only one market to launch the new product. What can happen if the incorrect information is used in the research, and how that can cause a company to lose customers and money?

With the president feeling pressure to come up with a new product, the president has to come up with a plan to keep their customers on the consumer and business side without losing either one. The board only allows for one new product to be launched a year. The instant reward has been mentioned to the president from the consumer and business side. Now the president has a conflict of interest at hand. Incompatible goals, different values, and other conditions lead to one or both parties to perceive that conflict exist. Some conflicts arise from ambiguous decision rules regarding the allocation of scarce resources. Consequently, these conflicts can be minimized by establishing rules and procedures. Rules clarify the distribution of resources.
Making sure that the research firm is using valid and reliable data will be an issue for USA World Bank to research. USA World Bank has to be able to distinguish themselves from their competitors so that way they can stand out.
