As a means or method to correct the issue with its consumers, the organization had decided to implement a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management tool to assist. On November 1, 2000 the organization Dash today announced a strategic alliance with United Airlines Mileage Plus(R) (NYSE: UAL) to provide a customized version of its popular dashBar(R) Web companion to the airline\'s 38 million enrolled Mileage Plus members. The United dashBar is a convenient software tool that simplifies online shopping with quick links and features offering discounts from United Airlines as well as 130 of the most popular stores on the Web. United dashBar users can earn free miles and receive real-time alerts of special offers and savings on the products and services in which they are most interested. As an added convenience, the United dashBar automatically fills in any online form with a single click. Mileage Plus members will earn 1,000 bonus miles just for trying the United dashBar. 500 miles will be awarded upon download of the United dashBar at http://www.dash.com/united and another 500 miles will be awarded for the first United dashBar transaction.
