Organizational culture is something intangible, but can influences our work environments. In the workplace we can refer organizational culture as combination of its policies, beliefs, activities, and rituals. An organizational culture can support or hinder individual learning, encourage or discourage creativity, etc.

Diversity is everywhere in the United States. Individuals need to understand the dimensions of culture to be effective in the multicultural environments.
