The deadly reign of Stalin, Mussolini, and Hitler. These dictators were basically all the same they didn't like the government and planned to overthrow it. They biggest plan was to make the country a totalitarian state. Anyone who stood in their way would be murdered by a secret police they established.

Mussolini the first to come to power over Italy was in October of 1922, the faciest which was his political party demanded that he'd be put in charge. King Victor Emmanuel decided that the best way to stop Mussolini from overthrowing him was to give him some power by putting him in charge of the government. Mussolini took over "legally". When he became in charge he like to be called Il Duce.

Stalin's political party was communism and was very different from fascism. There was no private property, no religion was allowed. Stalin took control of everything. The way Stalin came to power was Lenin gave him some power before he died but was afraid of how Stalin would use it. After Lenin died Stalin made his way to the top and began his totalitarian state with the soviet union. He began to revolutionize in the industry and agriculture. The U.S.S.R. produced more coal, steel, and wheat but went down on animals.

Hitler came to power the same way Mussolini did he threatened to overthrow the government and the president didn't want that to happen and he knew it was possible because Hitler had lots of followers and was the leader of the nazi party. Hitler criticized the government because the Weimar republic couldn't deal with the problems the treaty had given the after WW1. A new government was formed which was the Nazis that had been getting voted into the German parliament. They were the largest single party in Reichstag. The German president Paul van Hindenburg didn't want to get overthrown so he asked Hitler to become chancellor. When the president died he took over both positions and began his...
