Eating a well-balanced diet can help you lose weight, live longer and feel better. First of all, it is important for everyone to eat healthy. During the course, they should increase in weight lose, feel healthier, and improve their chances to live longer. Just starting off slowly and building your way up is a good start, when exercising and picking out the right foods to consume. The next step to becoming healthier is the harder you work at it, the more easier it gets to exercise more and not eat as much as usual, because the body is now getting use to burning away calories and stored fats it didn’t before you started exercising and eating healthy. Last you are rewarded with weight loss, feeling a lot healthier and excellent chance to live a longer life for you and your family. If everyone eats healthier we would not have to worry about high health bills, less diseases from being over -weight and not exercising like we should. We should be concerned not only for ourselves, but also for our children and our great grand-kids to come. I used to be over-weight and it was not nice. Everyone in my family made fun of me, they called me all types of names that you could imagine kids from your school or neighborhood doing. You would think that you would have support from your family members, but you don’t. They some- how feel making fun of you will make you want to lose weight, but what they don’t know is that they are scaring you emotionally and when you do finally slim down, that love that you have for them isn’t the same as it used to be. I did this essay to help people who needed that extra push to do something good for themselves and family so that they could be around longer to enjoy life with their kid and grandkids. If this country cared about this subject as much as I do, they would do more to help the people, instead of opening restaurant after restaurant, then blaming obesity on the individual at hand.
