ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
Course Description
Prerequisite: None
Credit: 3 (3 lecture)
Course Objectives
The primary objectives is to help the student to understand organizational theory, group dynamics, motivation theory, leadership concepts, and the integration of interdisciplinary concepts from the behavioral sciences
The students will be able to describe the interactions that are involved in the human resource functional areas.
These areas include:
1. Demonstrate knowledge of organizational structure.
2. Describe elements of organizational culture.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of types of organizational behavior.
4. Compare and contrast individual behavior.
5. Describe various aspects of leadership.

Make-up Exam Policy:
You are expected to take each exam on the scheduled dates. Make-up exams are not guaranteed, but are granted at the discretion of the instructor. If make-up exams are allowed, it is necessary to make arrangements with the instructor prior to exam date.
