Scents & Things is relaxation therapies store that supplies customer’s with all the necessary tools and techniques to do at home relaxation therapy. The stores offers a wide range of products which include at home salon services like cellulite, body, an cosmetic treatments, reflexology, aromatherapy, candles and perfume blending. All products focus on the achievement of obtaining a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit. With the use of these products customers who are experiencing the feeling of being stressed from their busy jobs, schoolwork, and personal activities can find the healthy balance and achieve overall relaxation. This paper will explain how a company will conduct a SWOTT analysis, the internal and external analysis of Scents & Things in relation to the company’s forces and trends which are; Economic, Legal/Regulatory, Technological, Innovation, Strategy, Structure, Resources, and Culture. The paper will also identify one primary strength, weakness, opportunity, threat and trend if possible for each factor.
