well SWOT is a well known approach which is often (mis)used in the deep and secret annals of the so called top management when taking decisions regarding complex real world ventures.so what has this to do with taking decisions in individual life? this is where i come into picture :D
Inspiration:
1)the branch called information technology(information science in all the other colleges except mine) which included a course called organisational mgmt.
2)celebration of reaching the epitome of something know as IDLENESS
IDLENESS, n. A model farm where the devil experiments with seeds of new sins and promotes the growth of staple vices.
3)CURRENT 'AFFAIRS',n. something happening around you to your peers of late which makes you stare at your own reflection in disbelief
Assumptions:all the specimen in the discussions are engineers which can be generalised to graduates because in few years every graduate would be an engineer in india :D
so your profile goes like this: engineer, just out of college,if unlucky you are placed in some company,if not you are still on a job hunt;nationality indian.
Irrespective of your gender you have 4 options
1.find a job(preferrably in a software firm irrespective of what you have learnt)
strengths: nice option which adds a designation to your name which still has not lost its charm inspite of the number increasing.lucrative salaries, perquisites, incentives blah blah blah.increases your 'market value' atleast tenfold.and you can also multiply with the brand name of your company just to be safe beforehand than be sorry later :D
weaknesses:can become monotonous which makes you change jobs as frequently as a monkey changes the branch on which it is.also makes you go for overseas opportunities.has some costly and hidden features a.k.a deadlines, reporting, meetings
