1. What are watersheds?
An area or ridge of land that separates waters flowing to different rivers, basins, or seas.
2. What does a watershed consist of?
Watershed consists of the few underground springs and precipitation runoff from the land.
3. Why are watersheds important?
We can get some of our water from them.
They separate our water and keep it sanitary. We get to reuse the water from run off.
4. What is a tributary? a river or stream flowing into a larger river or lake
5. What is a river? a large natural stream of water flowing in a channel to the sea, a lake, or another such stream

Stream load is a geologic term referring to the solid matter carried by a stream

The speed determines the amount of discharge, load and power it is giving.
