Use the article to complete the following activities. Remember to use correct APA citations.
1. Summarize the author’s ideas on goals and objectives, empowerment, and trust.
2. Paraphrase one of the main concepts presented in the article.

1. Use the University Library to find at least five additional sources relevant to the topic selected for the Individual Paper on Team Dynamics.
