This segment of Baptist Memorial Hospital prides itself when offering four minor medical centers in which no appointments are needed. The walk-in clinic accepts most insurance plans. Although the minor medical centers are known for its convenient hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., currently the customer satisfaction is declining. Completing a strategic plan that targets improving the organizations Service First program will prove to be most beneficial for both the organization and the consumer. With a recession on the rise, new emerging competition, and strict governmental regulations, Baptist Minor Medical Centers seek to position the organization as top in the industry for efficient customer service. The organization will seek to partnership with local Pharmaceutical companies with an attempt to offer better productions to consumers. The following strategic plan will outline objectives, goal, targets, and contingencies pertaining to obtaining specific objectives. The organizations mission, vision, and values statement will set Baptist Minor Medical Centers apart from other Urgent Care centers in the industry. The strategic plan will focus on forecasts of the healthcare industry dating from 2008-2010 along with a historical depiction of the company’s operational environment reflecting from 2007 to present.

The Baptist Minor Medical Centers are a division of Baptist Memorial Hospitals. The Minor Medical Centers serves as Urgent Care centers only.
