Customers simply call ahead and place their order and have the options of going to assembly center to assemble the meals, have them ready for pickup or get it delivered. The meals are prepped, built and conveniently packaged for the customer to use immediately and/or freeze for use later.

Sous Kitchen is an ‘independent meal assembly’ provider in bay area. It was created to help the professional, busy moms or the people who just don't have the time to think about what to cook for dinner and do the necessary preparation. (Exhibit A, Assembly Center). Sous kitchen offers following options
You make it – one can go to the assembly center and assemble delicious customized meals, using the freshest all-natural ingredients. When you arrive at Sous Kitchen, you will be provided a crisp, clean facility with stations for each item on the menu. Each station includes a recipe, measures, utensils, and fresh, perfectly prepped ingredients—all arranged. In 2 hours you can cook 15 meals, ready to take home and cook or stow in the freezer. Each meal takes about 10 minutes to assemble and serves 4 to 6 people. (Exhibit A, Assembly Station)
We make it – Simply choose the entrées and sides from the menu available and pick it up from Sous Kitchen. The staff at the Sous kitchen will assemble and keep your order ready for pick up at schedule time.
