The six thinking hats decision-making technique was created by Dr. Edward De Bono, an expert in thinking skills and is regarded by many as the leading authority in the field of creative thinking, innovation and the direct teaching of thinking as a skill. He is also listed as one of the two hundred and fifty persons, who made the most significant contribution to humanity.
