It will be discussed the approaches a manager will take such as action planning. The ageing population has also affected strategic human resource management in which the essay will explain why the ageing population is important to the organisation and also explain the steps that a human resource manager has to undertake in order to meet the needs of the organisations ageing population. This essay will also explain how academic standards such as low illiteracy rates have affected the way HR managers must plan to meet their needs.
