Riordan Manufacturing solicited Team A to conduct a process and system analysis. Riordan’s products include plastic beverage containers produced at its plant in Albany, Georgia, custom plastic parts produced at its plant in Pontiac, Michigan, and plastic fan parts produced at its facility in Hangzhou, China. This evaluation will define business requirements, analyze current business practices, identify systems requiring change, and define the necessary changes and enhancements. The results of the evaluation are to be delivered to the IT department for implementation. The goal of the activity is to create more efficient and effective processes and reduce the amount of manual intervention.
