Presentation
Describe
During the presentation, the team adapted the demonstration method inside of welcoming, did not perform encouragement for the audience to join the movie night and help out the charity. The plain slides style did not provide secure engagement and visual appeal. Ticketing system explanation was made before audience get well know about the project objectives, did not deliver a positive outcome. Without confirmation on each detail of the project, the team present different ideas and unsmooth transition on ticket issue.
Interpret
1. Audience engagement:
Deliver what the audience wants to hear (Bourne 2007). The team should identify the audience before the preparation of presentation, and outline the objectives according to audience preference.
2. Visual impact:
The quality of the slides shows the efforts a team puts in to it. To provide a satisfying experience of the performance, slides should be more attractive.
3. Be logical:
A logical flow helps audience easily understand as the presentation go through.
4. Get everyone on board: The difference of each team member’s knowledge of the project is a key indicator of the presentation.
Evaluate
It is necessary to know the quality of the presentation so that the team can address specific methods to improve the performance.
Plan
For the presentations coming, the team will come from audience engagement, visual impact, logical and getting everyone on board, and then accomplish the presentation task.

The roles include the primary audience, the secondary audience, the auxiliary audience, the gatekeeper, and the watchdog.
