Technology has changed dramatically over the past years. We have gone from records to tapes to CD’s in entertainment technology, but also our medicine and transport technology has changed. It has brought people more wealth and others not so much wealth. It has given people life and more freedom and to others it hasn’t.

There are many positives and negatives with the changing technologies with entertainment, medicine and transport. We should continue the advances in entertainment technology because they will only get better as time goes on. The products will be more enjoyable; you will be able to get more for your money than what you could. They will be easier to use as well as having advancements and they will get cheaper over time.

The reasons for halting the advancements in entertainment technology are because when new items come out for sale they will be too expensive for an average family to afford. The items such as portable music players will get too small for peoples likings as well as too technical with all the advancements. Entertainment units will change too quickly thus leaving all the others obsolete and unavailable to buy. Another big factor is that people will not be as active as they were because they are sitting in front of their new widescreen flatron TV or sitting playing games on their new computer.

We should continue the advances in medicine and technology because it will save more lives. It will gradually find more cures for diseases which are incurable today. We will also discover better procedures which will be quicker, easier and less mucking around with operations.

The reason for halting the technology is because it is way too expensive and need lots and lots of money and donations to develop the cures and find better procedures.

We should continue the advances in Transport technology because they will get cheaper and better. The cars will be better equipped, like all the new cars will have more...
