1 Introduction to Riveting

Rivets and riveting processes play a large role in the construction of aircrafts and other aerospace applications. The process of riveting is one which predates to the Bronze Age, but became heavily involved in the aerospace industry with mass aircraft production during World War one. The process of riveting itself is the joining of two surfaces together via a solid
