Riordian manufacturing is a global plastic manufacturer who employs 550 people in three different states and in its joint venture in China. Riordian has become industry leader in USA and wants to retain this position with its profound innovative manufacturing intelligence and competitive advantage coming from its inimitable human capital. The industry has become much more competitive than before recently and this pressure caused Riordian to bring new products and services to the market. The changing business and human capital strategies as a result of the high competition caused organization to take sustainable positions than before.
Riordian is suffering these days because of the high turnover rate in a critical time for the company because of the current one by exploring the drives to motivate employees and human resources strategy to fulfill these low employee commitment and engagement. This paper discusses the issues Riordian encountered, forms the vision of the company then discusses the best of the alternative solutions and implementation and evaluation of the solutions.
