Corporate Compliance Overview
A plan has been developed as a corporate compliance guide for each stakeholder, including managers, members of the legal team, employees and all affiliates of Riordan Manufacturing, Inc. to abide by and enforce. Our mission in creating the corporate compliance plan is to insure awareness and compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations to the workforce, that include federal, state and international adherence. The plan is designed to the cover the needs of those specific to the manufacturing industry, including: alternative dispute resolution, enterprise and property liability, international law, tangible and intellectual property and preventive compliance methods and solutions. This plan will also include legal processes and governance protocol. Riordan is committed continuing successes with emphasis on moral and ethical business principals while conducting transactions on-site or off-site. Management contributes to achieve these standards by demonstrating leadership, integrity as a role model to all employees by promoting a positive environment whereby compliance and ethical business practices is a requirement. Employees are expected to uphold the standard set forth by the organization to promote a healthy environment for the productivity of each employee.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
All discrepancies, discord, conflict or any actions relating to that occur amongst employees and affiliates at any given time in subjects of leadership and negligence of compliance guidelines set forth shall prompt the use of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The ADR clause is non-inclusive of personal conflicts that arise unless company productivity is compromised. Employees are encouraged to implement the chain of command by contacting an immediate supervisor as a first attempt to resolve issues.
