Bicol express in Bicol region, sisig in Pampanga, pakbet of Ilocos, Chicken inasal of Bacolod, lechong baboy of Cebu, kare-kare of Pampanga and sinampalukang manok of Pangasinan which are all examples of native dishes in the country.
