Introduction:
We students can relate to ‘Responsible Leadership’ in simple terms as someone who has made a difference to themselves as well as to society through simple yet novel instances which have redefined our lives. Responsible Leadership could be premeditated, situational or response to stimuli. Responsible Leadership can also be at the individual level, at the organizational, country or the global level. There is a thin line of difference between Leadership and Responsible Leadership. When a leader behaves in a ‘responsible manner’ keeping the larger interests in perspective, it is termed as ‘Responsible Leadership’.
