1.0 Introduction and Background
On-Time Equipment Rental is seeking proposals for computer software training for its staff. The present software is old and outdated. The software training will include the following -

• Microsoft Word 2007 - Levels 1, 2 and advanced
• Microsoft Excel 2007 - Levels 1, 2 and advanced
• Microsoft Access 2007 - Levels 1, 2 and advanced
• Microsoft Power Point 2007 - Levels 1 and 2
• Microsoft Project 2003 Professional
• Microsoft Visio 2003 Professional
• Outlook 2007
• Open Lab - This will allow one on one scheduled training with specific applications

2.0 Scope of Service
On-Time Equipment Rentals has approximately 1500 users in five locations of which 150 users are trained in one or more software classes annually. We are seeking either full day training per each class or two half days training for a majority of the classes. Our classroom seats up to twelve (12) students with white boards and projection equipment.
Include with your proposal the following –

• Preferred minimum and maximum size of classes
• Price is to be on a per class basis with on-site training (include all costs)
• Identify the class structures
• Identify what materials will be included for each of the classes
• If workbooks and/or other materials are not included, identify the cost as an option
• Will your company customize the curriculum to fit On-Time Equipment’s usage of
software?
• Provide at least three, but no more than five references. Include name of business, contact, title, phone number and email address.

Also include other pertinent considerations such as –

• Is there a lump sum discount versus monthly billing?
• Does your company provide training for technical IT personnel? Include details and copy of curriculum.
