Reflective

The greatest trip of my life also turned out to be my worst. It was spring break of last year when me and my friends decided to go on a road-trip. My friends and I came up with the idea to go to Austin. I decided to take my first car out there as my parent slightly disagreed. As soon as we reached the vacation weekend we were out on the road.
My friend and I were so happy as we escape for the first time in our life.   I met my friends trough high school and we are all really close.   We all share similarities and agreed to to have the time of your life. There was my best friend which I knew for four years and the other two were close but not so close.   I think the fact that we all liked the same things is what bonded us out of this town.
As I started packing things in my bag and the last thing that ran trough my head was my girlfriend at the time. I had been with her quite a while and we always fought. I met her trough high school and   I was really mean to her. She liked me so much and i never accepted it. I decided not to call her and tell her anyways she doesnt mind not talking. All i could think of is my stubborn self and the fun Austin is awaiting. I did not know that the greatest impact was going to happen.
Leaving all my toughts behind I picked up my best friend first and head on for the rest of the group. We stopped for gas and bought ourselfs some snacks.   Finally we were out on the road   i can recall being a eight hour drive. My friend had a camera as he doumented litteraly everything. As we were getting closer and closer i was already annoyed by my friends. The last thing that can happen is becoming enemies with one of my friends.
Altough I thought of this trip as a quite deranged movie. It reminds me of a unsurprising high school film where the best of friends have the time of their life not wanting to come back.   They meet the greatest people have the most unforgettable moments appreciating everything around them.
