Methods of Control
Methods of control utilized by Smith and Falmouth revolve around the Project Manager. The web development team is headed by the Project Manager and maintains Online Sales Channel comprising the website and online payment gateway.
The Project Manager works closely with the Logistics Manager and his team to manage order handling, customer support, and delivery handling.
