The whole report is on the Project of setting up three management college for Govind Prasad Infotech Co. after there eminent grasp over the software industry they are diversifying rather there equity over the present growing and renowned market of education by setting up three management college one law college over 20 acres of land in metropolis of India. Two building for general office and Law college is established which incurred the consumption of Rs10 crore approx.

Proposed architectural plan has being placed in the construction part of the project and with standard forecast of time and cost analysis of the construction. Duration for the construction part is 4 month and it will incur an expense of Rs5crore more.

Total investment on the project is Rs 19crore and expected profit and return analysis as stated below.
