Life Style Inventory

When conducting this life style survey, I was under the impression that my conceptual score would rate high in the area of perfectionist. In reviewing the final results, some of the outcomes are not exactly what I was expecting. In areas I thought should have resulted in a superlative score it barely met expectation in my scheme of things.

Achievement-Oriented has been reveal as my primary backup, this did not surprise me because I have also strive to be successful at whatever task has been presented to me. Whether in my career or in my personal life, I have also had that ambitious drive for success. My motto has been strive to be the best you can be because things do not come easy and to be successful you must have a plan. Some characteristics of achievement are having a high level of aspiration, enjoying a challenge and always thinking ahead.
In my career journeys, high aspirations have always been on the top of my list. IF I survey back in time I can remember from a small child living in New York, that I had big dreams for my career journey in life. When working in a job I have always set goals and guidelines to be successful at my job skill. It has always persevered because I either was promoted at a rapid rate or acknowledgement went to me for an outstanding job. Challenges I may endure to complete this task. New challenges give me the drive to success at the task at hand. If I have no knowledge of the current job at hand I have no problems diving in head first to get the task completed successfully and in the desire timeframe. Their was a time when I worked for an organization when my boss approached me for assistance on taking on additional responsibility that would include a new area which I had no expertise.
