There is a massive and complex challenge within their internal structure of InterClean, Inc. as the company will acquire Enviro Tech to transition into a solution- based selling company and gain competitive advantage in the industry markets. The current plan of InterClean, management must change and take a deeper commitment to grow. It appears corporate strategies organizational structure for environmental management is evolving in changes governing environmental safety. Based on this, management must evaluate the skills of each employee, identify the skills that it needs to bring on board and develop a staffing audit process to make the successful company. As the acquisition progresses, InterClean must face the challenges of employee's involvement whether they merge with another organization. Describe the situation
InterClean, Inc is the major player in the $8 billion dollar institutional and industrial cleaning and sanitation industry. They want to move towards solutions and services rather than products by offering a greater value to these clients by providing turn-key solutions that include product training for employees, regular monitoring and information sharing of new relevant regulations. They want to introduce solution-based selling marketing strategy in the next three to six months. They must align organizational structure, especially, in sales and marketing. They are planning intensive training strategy by increasing technical skill and expertise for current employees and they might add new hiring employees in the sales department. With that expertise and InterClean's resources, they will reach their sales goals for the next year.
