InterClean is an institutional and industrial cleaning and sanitation company that aspires to expand their business into the service industry. In order for InterClean expand their business and forge out into new territory, they have acquired Enviro Tech which was a leading competitor that has both experience and knowledge of the service model InterClean wishes to implement. This analysis will discuss the issues and opportunities that InterClean faces, the stakeholders and their values, and the problems and goals of the organization. As well, this paper will cover some alternative solutions to the problems the InterClean faces, provide analysis of the alternative solutions, and provide an optimal solution and corresponding risks. In the final section this analysis will discuss what InterClean must do to successfully implement their optimal solution and ensure they are able to continue to expand and meet and possibly exceed their goals.

Issue and Opportunity Identification
InterClean is in the midst of organizational changes that, if handled appropriately, could establish them as a leading competitor and innovator within their industry. However, the current changes that InterClean is experiencing have brought about several issues, as well as opportunities, that provide many avenues for solutions. The first issue that is being faced is the integration of staffing from the newly acquired Enviro Tech and their current staff.
