Pre-War Manipulation
Introduction
Assuming that the war on Iraq is over and we have overthrown a tyrant, but other countries also possess weapons of mass destruction that poses a threat to the United States, yet there is no real evidence of these countries producing any deadly weapons, but why let them start? This may sound extreme, but this could have occurred with the war that has taken place in Iraq.
