Contamination is used as a way for speaking about the effects streets on a housing project, neighborhood, or a child and using this in a way to have children want to do well in school. One of the strength of focusing on contamination is it create a sense of belonging and values that are devoted to the block when the influence of education becomes important, it will in turn allow for better lives for those in ghettos. What I would recommend is keeping the Baby College as a high priority within Harlem. By having this program, it may decrease the amount of student that were falling behind in school. I would then adjust the business model of education. Instead of having the children come into school early, I would only have Saturday classes for those who needed help. It would also for children to be less stress and focus on activities outside of the classroom. Finally, I would try to intervene contamination as soon as possible. By doing that as soon as possible it would prevent children for seeing the streets as a better option than wanting to further their
