As the years go on, the population increases significantly, which means the increasing demand of pesticides increases as well. The word it self ends in -cide, which means its meaning is bound to kill something. When there is high increase of population it means there has to be more food produced, this leads to high chances of spreading diseases. For a healthy population, pesticides must be added to crops in order to create efficiency and protect people from diseases transmitted by insects. Many people see pesticides as helpful thing to our food, in some cases it might be If we want our food to last longer, but if you want a healthier life, pesticides are not the way to go. Pesticides are made synthetically with different chemical compounds and its intended use is to create a healthier food environment and eliminate pests.
