Proposed Health and daycare center.
Health Corp International is proud to inform you of our intention to place a Health and wellness center within the River View Plaza. In today's busy work conditions employees are being taxed to there limits to try and balance their work day with there family life outside the work environment requiring overtime and to juggle childcare. The space, which DigiFast occupies, is adequate for their needs. The River View Plaza Health Club and Wellness Center has operating expenses which I propose will be borne by the tenants on a pro rata basis which will be based on the square footage of the tenant's office suite. These services would be offered to the individual or business at a reduced rate. The River View Plaza Health Club and Wellness Center would offer the following Amenities and Services.
