PREPARE A REPORT FOR THE CEO OF ACUSCAN ABOUT THE SITUATION DESCRIBED IN THE GEN 480 CRITICAL THINKING CASE STUDY. YOUR REPORT SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING TWO PARTS:
1. Part One: Respond to the specific questions on the worksheet that follows (100 points possible).
2. Part Two: Write an executive summary for the CEO of AcuScan. (100 points possible).

Analysis
1. Describe all assumptions seen in any of documents provided in the case study.
For full credit, provide AT MINIMUM: four to six assumptions held by Kelly; six to nine assumptions held by Pat; two to three assumptions held by Cliff; two to three assumptions held by Chris.
a. Kelly –
1) Kelly assumes that because the 25% decrease of employees (last years layoff), this project can take time.
2) Kelly assumes that the Production Department is putting itself on the life.
3) Kelly assumes that the IScanner is not easy like how Pat explains how it operates.
4) Kelly assumes that marketing does not understand production and throwing money at a situation will not solve the problem.
5) Kelly assumes that the only feature able to accomplish is identifying incoming customers through retinal scanning.
6) Assumes the numbers of building this project is optimistic.

b. Pat -
1) Pat seems to assume that seeking and outside software design firm to manage the project and development of “Operation Optimize.”
2) From this assumption, it looks like she wants to have the Production Development Department out (Kelly Thomas and Programmers).
3) Pat seems to be talking to programmers and her source says that the project can be complete.
4) Pat assumes that the programmers can throw something together for August and not pay concerns that the prototype does not hold all features mention in “Operation Optimize” features, iterations.
