With NEC global slogan “Empowered by Innovation”, NEC presents their relentless desire to innovate not only lives and business of their customer, but also society as a whole.   NEC are striving to find solutions to the various challenge faced by customers. NEC is experts at various fields, including Information Technology (IT) and Networking. NEC also offer some manufacture products such as semiconductors, components.   The vision to be a leading global company leveraging the power of innovation to realize an information society friendly to humans and the earth, NEC are always serving their customers worldwide in their best either for the customers or the earth.   NEC having many and complex operation management, including their organization strategy, process product design, quality management, manufacture scheduling, project plan and scheduling, standard procedure process flow etc. In this paper, there will be some analysis about NEC operation management in a detail for the core activities and brief examination for the support activities.   Scope   To simplify the complex analysis in NEC’s operation management, some of topics will be describe briefly in order to get more understanding while some of the core activities will be discuss more detail.
