The water resource problem in the video is the declining fish stock in the world’s oceans. This means that certain big fish, such as tuna and swordfish, are near extinction. Scientists in the video say that the problem originated by humans overfishing. They blame fishing fleets for stripping the seas of 90% of big fish.

Include benefits and challenges of change. Give examples of the lifestyle change that will be required. Month 3
Schedule a presentation day and time. Attend a monthly fishermen’s meeting to present the benefits of the program.
