In the name of Allah, the most beneficial, the most compassionate. By His grace, we have successfully completed the research project on “CORPORATE CULTURE at SUI SOUTHERN GAS COMPANY LIMITED”. This report was an assignment in our Organizational Behavior course and was supervised by our respected teacher Mr. Moti-ur-Rehman. His guidance and supporting hand made this project possible. We are grateful to him for providing us an opportunity to learn the various approaches of research in real life. We are gratified to him for being available to direct us when we had problems ahead of us. This report is the result of about two months of intensive work. This initiative and report would not be possible if not for our hard work and contributions as a Five-member group and help from several individuals. A word of gratitude to Mr. Brig(R) Agha Ahmad Gul, General Manager (H.R) at Sui Southern Gas Company and Mr. Khalid Junejo, Deputy General Manager (D.G.M- Organizational Development – H.R) at Sui Southern Gas Company, Ms. Shazeeya Siddiqui Secretory to D.G.M (O.D- H.R) and all the other employees of Sui Southern Gas Company for helping us in surveys despite having their own workload.
