Organizational behavior is the study of how individuals and groups act in organizations (Hitt, Miller, & Colella, 2006). By taking a system approach interpretations of relationships in individuals and groups as well as organizations are examined. The key purpose is to build better relationships. Some of the key concepts of organizational behavior are organizational culture, communication, diversity, along with business ethics, and change management (Flemming & Zyglidopoulos, 2008).
Organizational culture is the personality of an organization. In other words, organizational culture is a pattern of knowledge, beliefs and behaviors of an organization.
