What started as an assignment for this class has evolved into a sort of obsession. . Taking an analytical look of the food that I eat, the way that I eat, and the reasons I eat, was more difficult then I had first anticipated.

Being a mom, what types of eating habits am I teaching my child? I know what I need to do, it is just harder then I thought to fit everything into the daily schedule. I have tried to follow Weight Watchers, Atkins, Jenny...
