1. Executive Summary
The aim of this report was comparative evaluation of the newly introduced Information System instead of previous product in the actual pharmaceutical group of companies. According to ethic considerations the name of the company and names of IS are not mentioned.
The evaluation of IS was made for five groups of stakeholders – Top Management of Group of Companies and Departments in companies Regional Management, Accounting departments, Sales Departments and Warehouse Departments.
As it will be shown in this revue the evaluation of IS implementation is necessary to assess from the point of view for whom benefit of the stakeholders the new IS was implemented.
The comparative evaluation is shown that:
New IS implementation are very successful for the Top Management of Group of Companies and successful for the Regional Management.
New IS implementation is less successful for Accounting Departments.
