In the first place, I planned to do masters in Human Resources, but when I noticed that I have to deal with numbers, accounting and finances was a difficult time for me. When I had the time to starter over on college, I chose Industrial Organizational
Psychology because it goes hand on hand with the base that I have in psychology, and because I have more experience in business and I love this field. In this area (in the future) I will face challenges as a recruiter of new personal on a company, creating a new environment of work and inserting dynamics as an opportunity to share new experiences in between workers and employers. In a case of controversy, I will have to serve as an arbiter so we can have an agreement from a neutral-different point of view.
This profession fits with my personal goals because since I knew that I like Industrial psychology, I am improving in the areas that I need it to make changes as in scholarly writing, and braking the language barriers in between my maternal language and English, acquiring more vocabulary.

I have to wait until I get enough experience to be involved with my profession then I can apply.
