My dream for India
There is so much to dream about India; so much to cherish, so much to cheer, so much to hate and so much to desire about it. I am an Indian. I love my motherland. I wish to make it an ideal country in the world. I dream of making India a richer, happier and healthier place to live in. I want to see my country progress in all fields of life. Today people have grown selfish. There is injustice everywhere we always think of our own interests. But we do not think of the welfare of the nation. I like every Indian to have national character. In the India of my dream, every human being will have a high moral sense and a deep love for the nation.
Our country is backward in the fields of science and industry. I want India to be a leading country in new technology. Our Industries should grow fast. We should produce everything of our need. This India of my dream will go nuclear for peaceful purposes. Education will get its due importance. Every countryman will get a job of his choice. Students will be devoted to their studies.
India must be a very strong country. We have to protect our hard-earned freedom. The defenses of the country will be very powerful. India is a peace-loving nation. But it will be ready for war if war is created for us. The India of my dream will follow the policy of truth and non-violence. We can buy peace only when we are very strong. Our country will have friendly relations with its neighbors. The India of my dream will be a mighty country.
Today we find a big gap between the rich and the poor. There is corruption in all walks of life. The India of my dream will have social justice. There will be no rich and poor. Everybody will be equal. There will be no shortage of anything. There will be discipline, peace and happiness. The feelings of casteism and regionalism will go for ever. There will be an atmosphere of equality, brotherhood and freedom all over the country. The India of my dreams will bring heaven to earth. There will be Ram Rajya in true

Let’s pause here for a moment and ponder over the fact that for once, a majority does not figure in the making of a sensibility, that is India. It is imminent that we then question what is national identity. Is it what we are, what we accept we are or the face we show the world? For the moment let us consider the utopian “what we are”. What binds us and makes us people of one nation despite myriad similarities and dissimilarities.…

If his political dream was in some sense a failure, so too was his dream of an India cleansed of the age-old inequities of caste and prejudice, and yet uncorrupted by modern technology and industry. He imagined a country where countless Indian peasants wove their own clothes and tilled their own land, without what he considered the ruinous effects of modernity. But after his death, history passed him by: his great disciple, Jawaharlal Nehru, was an ardent socialist, and by the 1950s Nehru's five-year plans were turning India into an industrial state–and eventually, a nuclear state. Meanwhile, the iniquities of class and gender that he had so loathed persisted, even into the 21st century.…

As you know all of us have gathered here to celebrate 67th independence day of our nation. This day, after the hosting national flag, we usually make mistake by remembering the heroic deeds of only few freedom fighters. But freedom fighting was collective effort. Without cooperation, sacrifice and involvement of all Indians it was impossible to get the freedom. So people of India were the real national heroes behind the success. We should express our sincere gratitude to all those who participated in the freedom struggle. This can only be done by defending our freedom like our ancestral property which cannot be valued. How to defend? Single person cannot defend it; again group effort is essential it is nothing but unity. How to form this unity? We should always remember that only patriotism can form unity irrespective of religion, language, caste, customs and traditions. So having patriotism only can save the freedom of our nation. To keep faith in secularism No compromise must be with patriotism, Punish the forces that support terrorism Else one bad day we will loose our freedom. I would like to express my views about the dark side of Present India. How should I say ‘My INDIA is great’? In this republic from schools to parliament, Elections are held at every moment, Children’s are taught fighting for the seat, How should I say ‘My India is great’? Even after golden jubilee of unconstraint, Many citizens are unable to fill their gut, Rich become richer and rests are indigent, How should I say ‘My India is great’? People are emotionally divided by communalist, Border in the north and south has water dispute, Leaders are selfish and have no solving interest, How should I say ‘My India is great’? Capable civilians are facing unemployment, Socially unfits have led the political movements, Voters are under tense of serious terror threat, How should I say ‘My India is great’? All are seeking benefits without effort, Bribery has become the style of management,…

The condition was highly critical and grave and thus it was a real predicament for our countrymen to set things right and make a superpower out of rubble but the resilience and hard work of Indians deserves credit.Today things have changed.India is considered to be an emerging superpower of the world.Be it technology, economy or any other area we have inculcated the knack to master all. With the GDP growth touching whopping levels of 9% per annum and a booming sensex the economy seems to be growing at an unprecedented rate. Our country has made tremendous progress after independence and we have very optimistic picture of it. If we compare the progress of these four decades with the country that India was at the close of the 19th century, we would wonder at the difference. The present country has achieved great success in economics, trade, industry, education and science. She will have good relations with our neighbouring countries. Indo-Pak relations will improve and there will be free trade and communication between these two countries. India and China will succeed in setling their border disputes in the coming century and both will have very good relations with each other. The new century will see India and Sri Lanka as good friends. In the same way India's relation with Nepal, Bhutan Burma will improve considerably. In the economic field, our country will make great progress in the 21st century. Standard of living of all persons will rise. India will become a big exporting country in the coming century. She will not be in the need of taking loans from the World Bank. The country will be able to put a check upon rising of necessary commodities. The country will make great Progress in industry and agriculture will be modernised. No doubt we have not been able to check the over creasing population but there are indications that educated are increasingly taking to the advantages of small this makes clear that education should be spread among those who are very far from it. By educating more and more people we will certainly get rid of population explosion in the coming years. Our country has already made progress in the field of agriculture as a result of which it has become more than self-…

Right now India is reeling under a massive power cut. There is a terrible stink of corruption in the rank and order of politics and the society. There is a terrible energy crisis, and shortage of food. Essential commodities due to price rise are scarce. Naxals are tormenting at least 1/4th of Indian districts. Terrorist cells are operating in more than 600 districts. MNS and others are seeking a separate state for local people of Maharashtra. So far, India has not been able to throw its weight on Pakistan in stopping cross border terrorism. How India hopes spin the world other way around on its axis by the year 2050? It is a delusion and not a reality. India has come thus far due to the promise politicians gave that there will be a better tomorrow. They can fool Indian for some time but not all the…
