ABSTRACT
This paper intends to analyze my personality utilizing various course theories. Different kinds of analysis like Myers Briggs, Kolbe’s A and a few more have been studied to talk more about my ‘Self’ assessment. The paper also explains my strong desire and the reason 'why' I came to United States of America to do get a Masters degree in Business Management.
