1. Abstract
This briefing paper will focus on the basis that will be used to do research on the individual paper which due in week14.
The paper will outline the impotents of the briefing paper which will explain the basis for the created title used for the final paper. It will go into explaining the areas that will be covered in the individual paper. It will outline the over all task for the individual paper, that is, what the writer understands about recruitment, selection and retention, what the key point might be and the argument that may be used to support the individual paper. Also the research material such as books that will be used to sustain the individual paper. It will then out-line the preparation of the final paper, in stating the structure and the introduction, and it will then conclude with a summary, and the action plan which will show the activities and reference on the last page.

2. Background
2.1. The impotents of briefing paper enables a starting step into the introduction and the background information for the individual paper. It also instructs the researcher to construct an action plan in table format, consist of tasks that will be assumed and giving deadlines to each tasks.
2.2. The chosen title will be critically examining the challenges and choice HR managers now face in regard to Recruitment, Selection and Retention. This title consists of different areas such as recruiting internal and external employee to work in the organisation. It was chosen because the researcher thought it to be appealing and wanted to acquire more knowledge regarding the topic.
